Crockpot Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 jars (16 oz each) roasted, salted peanuts.
02 - 1 package (24 oz) almond bark, broken or chopped.
03 - 1 bag (24 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips.
04 - Sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Put peanuts in the crockpot first.
02 - Add chopped almond bark on top.
03 - Add chocolate chips as the final layer.
04 - Cook on low for 1 hour, then stir.
05 - Cook another 30 minutes, then stir until smooth.
06 - Line baking pans with wax or parchment paper.
07 - Drop spoonfuls onto lined pans, leaving 1-inch gaps.
08 - Add sprinkles right away before candy hardens.
09 - Chill in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

# Notes:

01 - Store in airtight container up to one week at room temperature or one month in fridge.
02 - Keep water away from chocolate while cooking to prevent graininess.
03 - Makes 60-100 pieces depending on size.
