# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (8-count) package Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
02 - 4 sticks mozzarella string cheese, each cut into 8 equal parts

→ Garlic Butter

03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
06 - Pinch of fine sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Initiate by setting the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure it reaches the correct temperature for baking.
02 - Remove the biscuits from the package. Separate and divide each biscuit in half. Utilize a rolling pin or your hands to flatten each piece to approximately a quarter inch in thickness, aiming to maintain a rounded shape.
03 - In a small mixing bowl, amalgamate the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt. This mixture will be used for flavoring and as a glaze for the biscuits.
04 - Take two pieces of the sliced mozzarella cheese and place them at the center of each flattened biscuit dough piece. Carefully fold the dough over the cheese, pressing the edges together to seal and form a sealed ball. Ensure the seam is positioned downward when placing the dough balls on a baking sheet.
05 - Generously apply the garlic butter mixture to each dough ball using a pastry brush. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
