# Ingredients:

→ For the Rolls

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
02 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
03 - 4 tsp freshly grated lemon zest (from 1 large lemon)
04 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
05 - 1 tbsp melted butter

→ For the Lemon Glaze

06 - ½ cup powdered sugar
07 - 2-3 tsp fresh lemon juice
08 - Extra lemon zest for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
03 - Unroll the dough into 8 triangles and spoon about 2 tablespoons of lemon filling onto the wide end of each.
04 - Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up, tucking the pointy end underneath. Pinch the edges to seal in the filling.
05 - Place rolls on your prepared sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 11-14 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth, then drizzle over the warm rolls. Sprinkle with extra zest if desired.
