# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - 6 tbsp butter, melted
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar

04 - 24 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar
06 - 3 large eggs
07 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
08 - ½ cup sour cream
09 - 2 tbsp flour

→ For the Strawberry Swirl

10 - 1 cup strawberry preserves or pie filling

→ For the Strawberry Crunch Topping

11 - 20 Golden Oreos, crushed
12 - 1 (3 oz) box strawberry Jell-O powder
13 - 4 tbsp melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs (one at a time), vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour. Pour over the crust.
03 - Dollop strawberry preserves over the cheesecake batter. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl it into the batter.
04 - Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the center is slightly jiggly. Let cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
05 - In a bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, strawberry Jell-O powder, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the cooled cheesecake.
