Espagueti Blanco con Jamón (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb spaghetti.
02 - 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced.
03 - 2 tablespoons butter.
04 - 1/4 cup heavy cream.
05 - 1 cup milk.
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional).
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente according to package directions.
02 - Melt butter and sauté garlic 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Add diced ham and cook 3-4 minutes.
04 - Add cream, milk, and cheeses. Stir until melted and thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Toss cooked pasta with sauce until evenly coated.
