Feta Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - ½ cup melted butter
03 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
05 - ½ cup sour cream
06 - 3 eggs
07 - 2 tbsp honey
08 - 1 tsp lemon zest
09 - 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
10 - Salt & pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham crumbs and butter, then press into a springform pan.
02 - Beat cream cheese, feta, sour cream, honey, lemon zest, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
04 - Pour filling over crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
05 - Cool completely, then chill for 4 hours. Drizzle with honey and garnish with herbs before serving.
