Filipino Lumpia (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (25) lumpia wrappers.
02 - 2 lbs ground pork.
03 - 5 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 inch ginger, minced.
05 - 3 tbsp soy sauce.
06 - 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder (optional).
07 - 2 eggs, beaten.
08 - 1/2 tsp black pepper.
09 - 6 oz cabbage, thinly sliced.
10 - Vegetable oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut square wrappers in half to make rectangles. Cover with damp towel.
02 - Mix pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, bouillon, eggs, and pepper.
03 - Place wrapper with short edge facing you. Put 1 heaping tsp filling near edge.
04 - Roll up, leaving 2 inches. Wet edge with water, seal and roll completely.
05 - Heat 1/2 inch oil in pan over medium-high.
06 - Fry lumpia 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
07 - Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Can be air fried at 400°F for 7-9 minutes.
02 - Freeze uncooked rolls for later use.
03 - Use egg wash if water doesn't seal wrappers.
04 - Keep wrappers covered while working to prevent drying.
