Cut square wrappers in half to make rectangles. Cover with damp towel.

Mix pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, bouillon, eggs, and pepper.

Place wrapper with short edge facing you. Put 1 heaping tsp filling near edge.

Roll up, leaving 2 inches. Wet edge with water, seal and roll completely.

Heat 1/2 inch oil in pan over medium-high.

Fry lumpia 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
