Freezer Breakfast Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Sausage Patties

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 lb ground sausage, mild breakfast sausage preferred
03 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes
07 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

→ For the Eggs

08 - 12 large eggs
09 - ¼ cup milk (optional, but keeps the eggs fluffy)
10 - 1 tsp salt
11 - 1 tsp white pepper

→ For the Sandwich

12 - 6 English muffins
13 - 6 slices cheese
14 - 2 tbsps melted butter
15 - Syrup (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Blend eggs, milk, and spices, then pour into a greased 33x23-cm (13x9-inch) baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
02 - Combine ground sausage and ground beef with spices, shaping into 140–170-gram (5–6-ounce) patties. Ensure patties are slightly larger than English muffins to account for shrinkage during cooking. Sear in a hot skillet with oil for 5–6 minutes on each side.
03 - Toast English muffins in melted butter and syrup.
04 - Assemble sandwiches with toasted English muffins, melted butter, cheese, and cooked patties.
05 - Wrap sandwiches in parchment paper or store them in plastic wrap within a ziplock bag for freezing.
