# Ingredients:

→ Sausage Patties

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 pound ground sausage
03 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Eggs

08 - 12 large eggs
09 - 1/4 cup milk
10 - 1 teaspoon salt
11 - 1 teaspoon white pepper

→ Assembly

12 - 6 English muffins
13 - 6 slices cheese
14 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
15 - Syrup to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Blend eggs, milk, and spices. Pour into parchment-lined 13x9 dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
02 - Mix meats and spices, form into 5-6 oz patties larger than muffins. Sear 5-6 minutes per side.
03 - Toast muffins with butter and syrup. Layer with cheese and patties.
04 - Wrap in parchment or plastic wrap and store in freezer bags.
