Boil water, butter, and sugar in saucepan.

Add flour, whisk to combine.

Cook with wooden spoon until dough dries.

Transfer to stand mixer with paddle.

Cool slightly while mixing.

Add eggs one at a time until combined.

Put dough in piping bag with star tip and pipe rings onto 3x3 parchment squares.

Heat oil to 375°F.

Fry donuts paper side up and remove paper with tongs once it separates.

Fry until deep golden on both sides.

Cool on rack or paper towels.

Mix glaze ingredients in bowl.

Dip cooled crullers in glaze and let set on wire rack.
