Cheese Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
03 - ½ cup all-purpose flour.
04 - ½ cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko).
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder.
08 - ¼ teaspoon paprika.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - Vegetable or canola oil for frying.
11 - Optional: marinara or ranch for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cheddar and mozzarella.
02 - Chill cheese mixture 15 minutes.
03 - Combine flour with seasonings.
04 - Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
05 - Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
06 - Form cheese into 1-inch balls.
07 - Roll balls in flour mixture.
08 - Dip in beaten eggs.
09 - Coat with breadcrumbs.
10 - Heat oil to 350°F.
11 - Fry in batches 2-3 minutes.
12 - Drain on paper towels.
13 - Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
