Fried Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 ounces refrigerated cheese ravioli.
02 - 2 eggs.
03 - ⅓ cup milk.
04 - 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs.
05 - Oil for frying.
06 - ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese.
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
08 - Marinara sauce for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk eggs and milk in a small bowl until combined.
03 - Dip each ravioli in egg mixture then coat in breadcrumbs. Place on prepared pan.
04 - Heat 3 inches of oil to 350 degrees F in a deep pot.
05 - Cook 6-8 ravioli at a time for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Top with parmesan and parsley, serve with marinara sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Can use frozen ravioli if thawed first.
02 - Best served hot and crispy.
03 - Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding.
