Garbage Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough.
02 - ½ pound ground beef, cooked and crumbled.
03 - ½ cup pepperoni slices, chopped.
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning.
08 - 1 egg, beaten.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - ¼ cup marinara sauce (optional, for dipping).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Roll pizza dough into rectangle on floured surface.
04 - Mix cooked beef, pepperoni, cheeses, and seasonings in bowl.
05 - Spread filling on dough, leaving 1-inch border.
06 - Roll dough into tight log from long side.
07 - Pinch edges to seal seam and ends.
08 - Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
09 - Brush with beaten egg.
10 - Bake 20-25 minutes until golden.
11 - Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
12 - Serve with marinara if desired.
