→ Main ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened
02 - ½ tablespoon garlic powder
03 - ½ teaspoon dried parsley
04 - 4 slices bread
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

# Instructions:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, combine softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
02 - Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of all four slices of bread.
03 - Flip two slices of bread so they are butter-side down. Divide the shredded cheese evenly between these two slices. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up, to form two sandwiches.
04 - Place the sandwiches in a large sauté pan over low heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
05 - Carefully flip the sandwiches using a spatula and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove from heat and serve immediately while the cheese is still gooey and the bread is crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Use low heat to ensure the bread doesn't burn before the cheese has time to melt completely.
02 - Make sure the butter is softened for easy mixing and spreading on the bread.
03 - This recipe combines the best of garlic bread and grilled cheese for the ultimate comfort food sandwich.
04 - Serve with tomato soup for the classic comfort food combination.
