Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning.
03 - ½ cup water.
04 - 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled.
05 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - 1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough.
07 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown ground beef, drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes until thick.
02 - Heat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
03 - Stretch pizza dough into 10x15 inch rectangle on floured surface.
04 - Spread beef over dough leaving border, top with bacon and cheese.
05 - Roll up from long side into tight log and pinch edges closed.
06 - Cut log into 1-inch pieces and place on baking sheet.
07 - Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over rolls.
08 - Cook 15-20 minutes until golden and cheese melts.

# Notes:

01 - Try adding pickles or onions for extra flavor.
02 - Can add jalapeños for heat.
03 - Keeps in fridge up to 3 days.
