Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 petite steaks.
02 - 4 pounds baby potatoes.
03 - 6 tablespoons butter.
04 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme.
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley.
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - Garlic powder to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Mix butter with garlic and herbs. Season steaks.
02 - Brown steaks 2-3 minutes per side, remove to plate.
03 - Brown seasoned potatoes 3-5 minutes.
04 - Return steaks to pan with potatoes, bake 15-20 minutes.
05 - Top with garlic butter and herbs.

# Notes:

01 - Use 1-inch thick steaks.
02 - Cast iron recommended.
