Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tortellini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces cheese tortellini.
02 - 2 chicken breasts, bite-sized.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 1 cup heavy cream.
06 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
07 - 1 cup Parmesan, freshly grated.
08 - 2 cups broccoli florets.
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil tortellini according to package. Fresh takes 3-5 minutes, frozen 8-10 minutes.
02 - Heat oil, cook seasoned chicken until golden, 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
03 - Sauté garlic 1 minute. Add cream and broth, simmer 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
04 - Add chicken, broccoli, and tortellini to sauce. Toss until coated.
05 - Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley.

01 - Don't overcrowd pan when cooking chicken.
02 - Save pasta water to adjust sauce thickness.
