Frozen garlic toast baked until almost done, topped with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and optional toppings, broiled until cheese is bubbly and golden.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Garlic Toast Pizzas

01 - Frozen garlic toast (as many pieces as you want to make)
02 - Pizza sauce
03 - Shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, sausage, vegetables, etc.) - optional

# Instructions:

01 - Bake the frozen garlic toast according to the package directions, but pull it out of the oven about 2 minutes before it's completely finished. You want it almost done but not fully crispy yet.
02 - Top each piece of almost-done garlic toast with pizza sauce (use it sparingly or the middle can get soggy), shredded mozzarella cheese, and whatever toppings you like - pepperoni, sausage, veggies, or keep it simple with just cheese.
03 - Place the topped garlic toast back in the oven and switch to the broil setting. Broil for 2 to 4 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and starting to brown on top.
04 - Let cool for a minute or two, then serve hot. These are like personal pizzas with the best garlic bread crust!

# Notes:

01 - This is so simple that even kids can make it - perfect for teaching them to cook!
02 - Use pizza sauce sparingly - too much will make the middle soggy.
03 - Watch closely when broiling - the cheese can go from perfectly melted to burned quickly.
04 - Great for picky eaters since everyone can customize their own with their favorite toppings.
05 - This is perfect for busy weeknights when you need dinner fast.
06 - You can use any brand of frozen garlic toast - Texas Toast style works great.
