Giant Pizza Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the garlic butter

01 - 3 tbsp salted butter, melted
02 - 2 cloves minced garlic
03 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

→ For the pizza bagels

04 - 3 plain bagels, sliced in half
05 - ¾ cup pizza sauce
06 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
07 - ½ cup mini pepperoni (can use normal pepperoni as well)
08 - ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and arrange bagel halves cut side up on a parchment lined baking sheet.
02 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture onto each bagel half.
03 - Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over each bagel and top with ¼ cup shredded mozzarella and about 2 tablespoons of mini pepperoni. Sprinkle with additional Italian seasoning.
04 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
05 - Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with grated parmesan. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve warm.

01 - These pizza bagels make a great quick lunch, after-school snack, or party appetizer.
02 - You can customize with your favorite pizza toppings like mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives.
