# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken breast, marinated in lemon juice, garlic, and oregano
02 - 2 cups cooked quinoa

→ Fresh Toppings

03 - 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
04 - 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
05 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta

→ Tzatziki Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
07 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Grill or pan-sear chicken until cooked through. Slice thinly.
