Grilled Cheese Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Ground Beef

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 onion, diced
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1/2 cup tomato sauce

→ Assembly

09 - 4 large flour tortillas
10 - 3 tablespoons spicy mayo
11 - 1 cup fried rice
12 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
13 - 1 cup sour cream
14 - 1 cup tortilla chips

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté onion until soft. Add beef and seasonings, cook until browned. Add sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
02 - Layer spicy mayo, rice, cheese sauce, sour cream, chips, and beef on tortillas.
03 - Fold sides and roll tightly from bottom to secure filling.
04 - Optional: sprinkle cheese on griddle, place burrito seam-down. Grill 2-3 minutes per side.
05 - Serve hot with extra spicy mayo for dipping.
