Easy Ground Beef Bulgogi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup soy sauce.
02 - 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar.
03 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar.
04 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil.
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced.
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced.
07 - 1 pound ground beef.
08 - ½ small yellow onion, diced.
09 - 1 tablespoon scallion, diced.
10 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds.
11 - 4 large eggs for soft boiling.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic.
02 - Brown ground beef and onion until slightly pink, about 5 minutes.
03 - Add sauce to beef, simmer 6-10 minutes.
04 - Boil eggs 6 minutes exactly, transfer to ice bath, peel carefully.
05 - Portion beef over rice, top with eggs, scallions and sesame seeds.
