Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.

Unroll the pizza dough onto a cutting board and press out the edges so it forms an even rectangle.

Place 12 slices of ham evenly on top of the pizza dough, followed by 9-12 slices of Swiss cheese.

Starting with the short edge, roll up the dough tightly. Cut the log in half, then cut each half into 6 equal pieces to create 12 slices. Place the slices in the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced onions, and poppy seeds, if using.

Remove rolls from the oven and brush the sauce evenly over the top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden.
