Ham and Cheese Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Butter Mixture

01 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
02 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
06 - 1 tablespoon dried minced onion (or 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder)

→ For the Sliders

07 - 1 lb Hawaiian rolls (24 small or 12 large)
08 - 1 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
09 - 1 lb Swiss cheese, sliced
10 - Cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
02 - In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion until well combined.
03 - Cut the rolls in half horizontally (keeping them all connected as one piece if possible). Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish. Layer half of the ham on the bottom buns, then add all of the cheese slices, then top with the remaining ham. Place the top halves of the rolls over everything.
04 - Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
05 - Remove from the oven and take off the foil. Put the sliders back in the oven uncovered and bake for another 10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
06 - Take the sliders out of the oven, cut them apart, and serve immediately while they're hot and the cheese is melted!

# Notes:

01 - These are perfect for parties, game day, or an easy weeknight dinner!
02 - You can assemble these a few hours ahead and refrigerate, then bake right before serving.
03 - The butter mixture soaks into the rolls and makes them incredibly flavorful.
04 - If you can't find Hawaiian rolls, any sweet dinner rolls will work.
05 - Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated in the oven.
