Ham Gravy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons butter.
02 - 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 cups ham drippings.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in flour and cook 1-2 minutes.
02 - Whisk in ham drippings until flour is incorporated.
03 - Increase heat to medium, simmer 5-10 minutes until thickened.
04 - Serve hot with ham and sides.

# Notes:

01 - Can use chicken/ham stock if needed.
02 - Great with mashed potatoes.
