# Ingredients:

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour.

2 cups ham drippings.
# Instructions:

Melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in flour and cook 1-2 minutes.

Whisk in ham drippings until flour is incorporated.

Increase heat to medium, simmer 5-10 minutes until thickened.

Serve hot with ham and sides.
