01 -
Turn your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
Brush olive oil all over the top of your flatbread and place it on the lined baking sheet. Pop it in the center of the oven for 5 minutes until it starts getting a little crispy around the edges.
03 -
Take the flatbread out of the oven and spread a quarter cup of BBQ sauce evenly across the surface.
04 -
Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded Colby Jack cheese over the BBQ sauce.
05 -
In a small bowl, toss your chicken pieces with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the seasoned chicken evenly over the cheese layer.
06 -
Sprinkle the remaining quarter cup of cheese on top of the chicken.
07 -
Scatter the sliced red onion over everything, then distribute the pineapple chunks across the top.
08 -
Drizzle the rest of the BBQ sauce over the whole pizza. Put it back in the oven on the center rack and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
09 -
Take it out and sprinkle the chopped green onions on top. Slice it up and serve while it's hot.
