Cowboy Beans (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1 medium yellow onion, diced.
03 - 1 green bell pepper, diced.
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic salt.
05 - ½ teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
07 - ¼ cup brown sugar (optional).
08 - 2 cans (28 ounces each) Bush's Original Baked Beans.
09 - ½ cup barbecue sauce.
10 - 2 tablespoons dijon mustard.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Cook beef, onion, pepper, garlic salt and onion powder until beef is browned. Drain excess liquid.
03 - Add bacon, brown sugar, beans, barbecue sauce, and mustard. Mix well.
04 - Cover and bake for 1 hour until hot, bubbly and thickened.
