Hearty Spaghetti Meat Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds ground chuck.
02 - 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes.
03 - 28 ounces crushed tomatoes.
04 - 30 ounces tomato sauce.
05 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
06 - 5 garlic cloves, minced.
07 - 1 large onion, diced.
08 - 1 green pepper, diced.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
11 - 2 tablespoons parsley, minced.
12 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.
13 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
14 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
15 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
16 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
17 - 1 pound spaghetti.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil, cook onions and peppers 5-7 minutes. Add garlic until fragrant.
02 - Add ground chuck, brown completely. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add all dried herbs and seasonings, mix well.
04 - Add all tomatoes and sauce. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
05 - Boil spaghetti 7-8 minutes until al dente.
06 - Combine pasta with sauce or serve sauce on top.
