Homemade Chili Garlic Sauce

5-6 fresh red chilies

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon vinegar (white or rice)

1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
# Instructions:

Combine chilies, garlic, vinegar, salt, and sugar in food processor. Blend until smooth.

Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add blended mixture.

Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool before using.
