Homemade Chili Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 5-6 fresh red chilies
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 tablespoon vinegar (white or rice)
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chilies, garlic, vinegar, salt, and sugar in food processor. Blend until smooth.
02 - Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add blended mixture.
03 - Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool before using.
