Egg Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large eggs.
02 - ¾ teaspoon salt.
03 - 2 tablespoons milk.
04 - 1½-2 cups all-purpose flour.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix eggs, milk, and salt until smooth.
02 - Stir in 1 cup flour until smooth, then add more gradually until dough forms slightly sticky ball.
03 - Knead on floured surface with floured hands 3-5 minutes until no longer sticky. Rest 10 minutes.
04 - Roll dough paper thin (less than ¼ inch) on lightly floured counter.
05 - Cut into long strips with knife or pizza cutter. Gather into loose piles.
06 - Boil 2-3 minutes until tender or cook directly in soup.

# Notes:

01 - Can be dried and stored.
02 - Freezes well before or after cutting.
03 - No special equipment needed.
