Easy Kung Pao Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
02 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
03 - ½ cup roasted peanuts
04 - 2 green onions, sliced

→ Sauce

05 - ¼ cup soy sauce
06 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
07 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch

→ Other

09 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
10 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch until well combined
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until nicely browned
03 - Add bell pepper and peanuts to the pan. Stir-fry until the pepper becomes tender
04 - Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and cook until it thickens and coats everything
05 - Top with sliced green onions and red pepper flakes. Serve hot with steamed rice
