Easy Homemade Pizza Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 bagels, sliced in half
02 - ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce of choice
03 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Toppings

04 - 12 slices pepperoni, cut into small squares
05 - 2 oz pancetta, cooked
06 - Dried oregano, to season
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to season

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400℉. Adjust oven rack to top third of oven. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
02 - Slice bagels in half. Spread about 1 tablespoon sauce on cut side of bagel. Sprinkle about 1 ounce cheese on top. Arrange pepperoni and pancetta on top of cheese. Sprinkle lightly with oregano and black pepper. If desired, add a little more cheese on top. Place on prepared parchment paper. Repeat with remaining bagels.
03 - Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted.

# Notes:

01 - To freeze, place assembled bagels on a parchment lined baking sheet in freezer for 1-2 hours until solid.
02 - Store frozen bagels in airtight freezer bag for up to one month.
03 - To reheat frozen bagels, bake at 350°F until cheese melts.
