Honey Dijon Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup honey.
02 - 2 tbsp dijon mustard.
03 - 2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard.
04 - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
05 - 1 tbsp soy sauce.
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
09 - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts.
10 - 2-3 sprigs rosemary.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Mix honey, both mustards, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and broth.
03 - Toss chicken in sauce mixture.
04 - Place chicken in single layer in baking dish.
05 - Tuck rosemary sprigs between chicken pieces.
06 - Bake 25-35 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
07 - Serve with pan sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Cover pan for moister chicken and more sauce.
02 - Leave uncovered for browner chicken and thicker sauce.
03 - Can use maple syrup instead of honey.
04 - Can add parmesan, miso, paprika, curry powder or hot sauce to customize.
