Honey Garlic Glazed Pork (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound pork tenderloin
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

→ Seasonings

03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
04 - ½ teaspoon chili powder
05 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ Sauce

10 - ½ cup honey
11 - ½ cup light soy sauce
12 - ⅓ cup fresh orange juice
13 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
14 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
15 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
16 - 2 tablespoons water

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Trim tenderloin and pierce with fork throughout.
02 - Combine seasonings with honey, soy sauce, orange juice, and minced garlic. Coat pork thoroughly.
03 - Heat oil in oven-proof skillet. Sear pork until golden on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
04 - Transfer skillet to oven. Roast 18-20 minutes until done.
05 - Simmer remaining honey, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
06 - Baste pork with sauce, broil 3 minutes to caramelize. Rest 4-5 minutes before slicing.
