Honey Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless.
02 - 1/4 cup honey.
03 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce.
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Green onions for garnish.
08 - Sesame seeds for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
02 - Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Optionally marinate in glaze 15-30 minutes.
03 - Heat oil and cook salmon 2-3 minutes per side until crusted. Add glaze and baste while finishing.
04 - Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds and serve warm.

01 - Can add sriracha for spicy version.
02 - Keeps 2-3 days refrigerated.
