Honey Garlic Shrimp Chow Mein (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces chow mein noodles.
02 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined.
03 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided.
04 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced.
05 - 1 cup snap peas.
06 - 2 carrots, julienned.
07 - 3 green onions, sliced.
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
09 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.
10 - 2 tablespoons honey.
11 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
12 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
13 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
14 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
15 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook chow mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Whisk together soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and ginger. Set aside.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, cook 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove from pan.
04 - Add remaining oil and stir-fry bell pepper, snap peas, and carrots 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and green onions, cook 1 minute.
05 - Return shrimp to pan. Add sauce and noodles, toss everything together. Cook 2-3 minutes until heated through.
