Honey Ham Biscuit Sliders (Print Version)

Refrigerated biscuits split in half, filled with shaved ham, Swiss cheese, and honey mustard, baked until golden and brushed with warm honey.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Sliders

01 - 1 (12 oz) can Grands Jr Butter Tasting Biscuits (10 count)
02 - 1/2 lb deli ham, shaved
03 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
04 - 1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
05 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
06 - 2 tablespoons honey

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
02 - Separate each biscuit into two layers - they should pull apart easily. Spread each layer with honey mustard and top with some Swiss cheese.
03 - Place half of the biscuits cheese-side up in the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with the shaved ham, dividing it evenly. Top the ham with the remaining biscuits, placing them cheese-side down. Brush the biscuit tops with melted butter.
04 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
05 - Heat the honey in the microwave for about 20 seconds until warm and thin. Brush the hot biscuit tops with the warm honey. Serve immediately while they're hot and gooey!

# Notes:

01 - The biscuits pull apart into two layers easily - this is what makes them sliders!
02 - You can use an 8-count can of Pillsbury Grands instead of the 10-count smaller biscuits.
03 - Ken's Honey Mustard dressing works great, but any brand will do.
04 - The warm honey brushed on top is what makes these extra special!
05 - These are perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or as party food.
