Pat wings dry with paper towels.

Toss wings with potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.

Place wings on oiled parchment-lined pan and spray tops with oil.

Start at 450°F, then lower to 425°F and cook 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.

Simmer honey, lemon juice, zest, garlic, butter, salt and pepper for 3-5 minutes.

Toss baked wings in sauce, reserving some for dipping if desired.
