Honey Lemon Pepper Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken wings.
02 - 3 tablespoons potato starch.
03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - ¼ teaspoon paprika.
07 - Cooking oil spray.
08 - ½ cup honey.
09 - 1 lemon, zested.
10 - ¼ cup lemon juice.
11 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
12 - 1 tablespoon butter.
13 - 1-2 teaspoons ground pepper.
14 - 1 pinch salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Pat wings dry with paper towels.
02 - Toss wings with potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
03 - Place wings on oiled parchment-lined pan and spray tops with oil.
04 - Start at 450°F, then lower to 425°F and cook 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
05 - Simmer honey, lemon juice, zest, garlic, butter, salt and pepper for 3-5 minutes.
06 - Toss baked wings in sauce, reserving some for dipping if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Pat wings very dry for best crispiness.
02 - Flip wings halfway through cooking.
03 - Save some sauce for dipping.
