Honey Lemon Vinaigrette (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces olive oil.
02 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon).
03 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
04 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard.
05 - 2 tablespoons honey.
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until smooth and emulsified.
02 - Whisk all ingredients except oil. Slowly stream in oil while whisking until emulsified.
03 - Combine all ingredients in jar and shake vigorously until well mixed.
04 - Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving if possible.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps in fridge for 7 days.
02 - Use fresh lemon and garlic for best flavor.
03 - Can adjust honey to taste.
04 - Shake or whisk again if separates.
