Honey Mustard Pork Chops In Oven (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pork Chops

01 - 4 boneless pork chops (approximately 1 inch thick)
02 - 2 tablespoons oil
03 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ For the Honey Mustard Sauce

04 - 1/4 cup honey
05 - 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
07 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or white balsamic
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste
11 - Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Rub pork chops with oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a greased, rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
03 - While the chops are baking, mix honey, whole grain mustard, yellow mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Taste and adjust the mustard or honey amount to your preference.
04 - Spoon the honey mustard sauce over the partially cooked pork chops. Switch oven to broil on high setting and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the sauce is sticky and slightly caramelized.
05 - Spoon the sticky sauce from the pan over the chops, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, then serve.

01 - For best results, let pork chops come to room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking
02 - Pork is safe to eat when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) with a 3-minute rest
