Honey Sriracha Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts.
02 - 1/3 cup cornstarch.
03 - 1 cup water.
04 - 3 tablespoons sriracha.
05 - 5 tablespoons soy sauce.
06 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
07 - 1/4 cup sugar.
08 - 3 tablespoons honey.
09 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
10 - 2 tablespoons water for slurry.
11 - Red pepper flakes optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine water, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, sugar and honey. Boil then thicken with cornstarch slurry.
02 - Coat diced chicken in cornstarch.
03 - Sauté chicken until browned and cooked.
04 - Add sauce to chicken, top with pepper flakes if desired.

01 - Adjust spice level as needed.
02 - Serve over rice.
