Hot Cheesy Pizza Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - ½ cup sour cream
03 - 1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
04 - ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1¼ cups pizza sauce
06 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
08 - 10 slices pepperoni

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Beat with a hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
03 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the bottom of a cast iron skillet or pie dish.
04 - Spread the pizza sauce over the cream cheese layer.
05 - Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses over the pizza sauce.
06 - Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Add more if you like lots of pepperoni, but keep in mind that too much can make the dip greasy.
07 - Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
08 - Serve the dip while it's warm with crusty bread, pita chips, or crackers.

# Notes:

01 - You can adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference
02 - Add a pinch of salt to the cream cheese mixture if desired
03 - Try other pizza toppings like olives, mushrooms, peppers, or sausage
04 - To make ahead, assemble without baking, cover, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours
05 - Perfect for game day or parties
06 - Pairs well with Italian salad and garlic knots
