Put the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break it up into small crumbles as it cooks. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin while it browns. Once it's completely cooked through, drain off any extra grease if there's a lot.

Stir in the yellow mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar. Mix everything together really well so all the beef is coated.

Pour in the tomato sauce and stir to combine. Turn the heat down to low and let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes so all the flavors can blend together. Taste it and add more salt, pepper, or spices if you think it needs it.
