Hot Dog Chili (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs ground beef
02 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 2 tbsp yellow mustard
04 - ΒΌ cup ketchup
05 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
06 - 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - 15 oz can tomato sauce
08 - 1 tbsp chili powder
09 - 1 tbsp garlic powder
10 - 1 tsp cumin
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Put the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break it up into small crumbles as it cooks. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin while it browns. Once it's completely cooked through, drain off any extra grease if there's a lot.
02 - Stir in the yellow mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar. Mix everything together really well so all the beef is coated.
03 - Pour in the tomato sauce and stir to combine. Turn the heat down to low and let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes so all the flavors can blend together. Taste it and add more salt, pepper, or spices if you think it needs it.
04 - Spoon the hot chili over your grilled hot dogs, add whatever toppings you like, and enjoy your perfect summer cookout meal.

# Notes:

01 - This chili has no beans, making it perfect for topping hot dogs without being too chunky.
02 - The mustard and ketchup give it that classic hot dog stand flavor.
03 - Make this ahead and keep it warm in a slow cooker for parties.
04 - Leftovers keep in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
05 - This also works great on burgers, fries, or even nachos.
