Crunchy Hot Honey Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 cups cornflakes.
02 - ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese.
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
04 - ½ teaspoon onion powder.
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 2 large eggs, beaten.
07 - 2 tablespoons hot sauce.
08 - 2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins.
09 - Olive oil for drizzling.
10 - ½ cup honey.
11 - 2½ tablespoons hot sauce.
12 - 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper.
13 - ¾ teaspoon chipotle chili powder.
14 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
15 - ½ teaspoon onion powder.
16 - Sea salt to taste.
17 - Fresh herbs (thyme, cilantro, or parsley) for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Blend cornflakes, parmesan, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in food processor until fine. Pour into bowl.
03 - Mix eggs with hot sauce in separate bowl. Coat chicken pieces.
04 - Dredge chicken in cornflake mixture. For extra crunch, double coat by dipping again in egg then crumbs.
05 - Place on baking sheet, drizzle with oil. Bake 20-25 minutes until crispy.
06 - Near end of cooking, mix all sauce ingredients in pot and warm through.
07 - Drizzle warm sauce over chicken and top with herbs.

# Notes:

01 - Crush cornflakes in ziplock bag if no food processor.
02 - Reheat sauce in microwave if it thickens.
03 - Great for family dinners.
