Simmer honey, chili, soy sauce, butter, lemon, and water for 5 minutes. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.

Stir in remaining cold butter. Let cool.

Season fillets with salt and pepper, brush with oil. Place on lined baking tray.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

Spoon sauce over salmon, bake 5 more minutes.
