Hot Honey Glazed Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Hot Honey Sauce

01 - 1/4 cup honey
02 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
03 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
05 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
06 - 1/3 cup water
07 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

→ Salmon

08 - 4 salmon fillets
09 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Simmer honey, chili, soy sauce, butter, lemon, and water for 5 minutes. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
02 - Stir in remaining cold butter. Let cool.
03 - Season fillets with salt and pepper, brush with oil. Place on lined baking tray.
04 - Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
05 - Spoon sauce over salmon, bake 5 more minutes.
