Hot Honey Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pizza dough.
02 - 1/4 cup pizza sauce.
03 - 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella cheese.
04 - 1/4 cup ricotta cheese.
05 - 2 pieces prosciutto, shredded.
06 - 4 pieces coppa.
07 - 12 slivers red onion, thinly sliced.
08 - 2 tablespoons hot honey.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon finishing salt (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat pizza oven to 700°F (stone temperature) or regular oven with stone to 550°F.
02 - Dust pizza peel with flour, form dough into 11-13 inch circle.
03 - Layer sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, prosciutto, coppa, and onion.
04 - Ensure pizza slides on peel, add flour if needed.
05 - Cook about 2 minutes, turning every 15 seconds.
06 - Cook 10 minutes total, rotating halfway through.
07 - Drizzle with hot honey, add finishing salt, slice and serve.

01 - Use Neapolitan dough for pizza oven.
02 - Drain mozzarella before using.
