                Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

                Roll dough into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheets, and flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass.

                Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set. Cool cookies on wire racks.
