                Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

                In a medium bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.

                Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface. Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up tightly from the wide end to the tip.
