Loaded Breakfast Casserole (Print Version)

Breakfast casserole with frozen hash brown patties, cooked breakfast sausage, ham, and bacon, topped with seasoned egg mixture and melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Casserole

01 - 10 frozen hash brown patties
02 - 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled, and drained
03 - 8 oz deli ham, chopped (prepackaged cubed ham also works)
04 - 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
05 - 12 eggs
06 - 1 cup milk
07 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

→ For the Seasonings

09 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
10 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
11 - 1 tablespoon black pepper
12 - 1 tablespoon Slap Ya Mama (optional)
13 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
02 - Arrange the frozen hash brown patties in a single layer on the bottom of the greased baking dish. If you want, you can stick them in the oven while you prepare everything else to give them a head start, but this isn't necessary.
03 - Layer the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage, chopped ham, and crumbled bacon over the hash browns.
04 - In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Slap Ya Mama if using, and salt until well combined. Pour this egg mixture evenly over the meat and hash brown layers.
05 - Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
06 - Remove the foil and sprinkle the mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven uncovered and bake for about 15 to 20 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden and the eggs are set.
07 - Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy this loaded breakfast casserole - it's perfect for feeding a crowd!

# Notes:

01 - This is perfect for holiday mornings, brunch gatherings, or meal prep for the week.
02 - You can use any combination of breakfast meats you like - even just bacon or sausage works great.
03 - Make sure all your meats are cooked and drained before adding to the casserole.
04 - The hash browns don't need to be thawed - use them straight from the freezer.
05 - You can assemble this the night before, cover, and refrigerate. Just add 10-15 extra minutes to the covered baking time.
06 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
