Parmesan Chicken Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 cup plain bread crumbs.
03 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 1/4 cup milk.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
09 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
02 - Mix bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a dish.
03 - Whisk eggs and milk in another dish.
04 - Put flour in a third dish.
05 - Coat each chicken breast in flour.
06 - Dip floured chicken in egg mixture.
07 - Cover chicken with bread crumb mixture.
08 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
09 - Move chicken to baking dish.
10 - Mix remaining Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic.
11 - Top chicken with cheese mixture.
12 - Bake 20-25 minutes until chicken is done and cheese is bubbly.

02 - Great with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
